“Everything was clean, and the amenities were just as expected - meaning everything worked and I was able to have a comfortable evening and morning. The staff was friendly. I would stay there again.”

“Nice room albeit small. Asked for a room with a bathtub when I checked in. Told the room could not be changed due to me “booking with a third party”. Ended up with the room preselected for me. Also informed me that it would’ve been priced better if I had booked directly. Plus, I could’ve had a bathtub. Never had this experience- have been moved/upgraded on more than one occasion. ”

“Hallways were dingy and some of the downstairs room had a heavy smoke smell”

“Even though the staff was nice and professional, the hotel rooms and the hotel in general were run-down. The rooms we stayed in had dirty walls, and the mattresses were as hard as rocks. A little paint goes a long way. The staff was super nice; it's just that the hotel was very outdated. We had to stay there due to no vacancy at the other hotels in Big Lake. I probably wouldn't stay here again if it were an option. ”
